brief description: Seminar familiarizes participants with alternative methods of dispute resolution. It approaches mediation and conflict management as a way of avoiding or resolving litigation and of addressing relationships in business with employees, customers and suppliers. The seminar then examines the legal issues involved in arbitration and the arbitral process, addressing domestic US arbitration, international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration.
