Resolución 2552/98
Asígnase numeración para ser utilizada en el Servicio de Telefonía Móvil en diversas localidades del país, a C.T.I. Norte Compañía de Teléfonos del Interior S.A.

VISTO lo dispuesto por el Decreto N° 1620/96, lo tramitado en el EXPCNC E. 11.210/98, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que mediante la Resolución S.C. N° 46/97 se aprobó el Plan Fundamental de Numeración Nacional.
Que C.T.I. NORTE COMPAÑIA DE TELEFONOS DEL INTERIOR S.A. ha solicitado numeración para ser utilizada en el Servicio de Telefonía Móvil (STM) en diversas localidades del país.
Que las cantidades que se prevé asignar han sido analizadas en base a la disponibilidad de numeración existente en las mencionadas localidades y los requerimientos del prestador, los que arrojan valores aceptables para dar curso a nuevas asignaciones.
Que es facultad de esta Secretaría de Comunicaciones administrar los recursos necesarios para la prestación de los servicios de telecomunicaciones.
Que ha tomado la intervención que le compete la Gerencia de Jurídicos y Normas Regulatorias de la COMISION NACIONAL DE COMUNICACIONES.
Que la presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el Decreto N° 1620/96.

EL SECRETARIO DE COMUNICACIONES
RESUELVE:
Artículo 1°- Asígnase a C.T.I. NORTE COMPANIA DE TELEFONOS DEL INTERIOR S.A. la numeración a DIEZ (10) dígitos, para ser utilizada según se indica en el Anexo I que forma parte de la presente.
Art. 2°- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.-Germán Kammerath.
